We want you to love your Avocado Shoes! That’s why we offer a Lifetime Refund Policy on our footwear, so you can shop with complete confidence. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made returns simple and straightforward.
How to Initiate a Return:

Our Lifetime Refund Policy for Footwear
You have a LIFETIME REFUND OPPORTUNITY for your Avocado Shoes!
To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be unworn and in its original condition, including all original packaging and the invoice. Please note that damaged boxes or shoes may not be eligible for a refund.
Important Considerations
- Missing or Faulty Items: If an item is missing or faulty in your order, please report it to us within 6 days of the delivery date. After this period, we won’t be able to take responsibility.
- Returns During Sales/Promotions: During promotional periods, refunds and exchanges may not be available at physical stores. Online refunds will be processed after the promotion ends and may take 3-5 working days after we receive your returned parcel.
- Return Shipping Cost: Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Times
Once we receive your returned parcel at our return address, we’ll process your refund within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: The refund will appear in your bank account.
- Credit & Debit Card Refunds: Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
- JazzCash/Easypaisa Refunds: Provide us with your account title and phone number, and the refund will appear in your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.
