1. Return and Exchange Window

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the order is delivered to you.
  • Proof Required: A valid receipt, invoice, or official order number must be provided for all requests.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The footwear must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (box, dust bags, and any tags) and must be packed securely.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Driven Returns (Size/Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred when sending the product back to us.
  • Quality Issues (Defects/Incorrect Item): If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or the wrong item being sent, Avocado will cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Transfer).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
