Returns and Refund Policy


This policy governs the return, exchange, and refund process for bags and footwear purchased from Avocado Bags and Footwear via our online store, avocadonline.com.

Return and Exchange Window

Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the order is delivered to you.

Proof Required: A valid receipt, invoice, or official order number must be provided for all requests.

For Footwear:

Must be unworn and unused, with no signs of wear on the soles, insoles, or upper material

Must be returned in the original shoe box, with any dust bags and tags still attached.

Soles must be free of scuffs, dirt, or outdoor wear. We recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean surface only.

For Bags

Must be unused, with no signs of wear on the exterior, handles, straps, or hardware (zippers, clasps, buckles, chains)

Interior lining must be clean and free of marks, odors, or signs of use

All original tags, care cards, and authenticity cards (if provided) must still be attached

Must be returned with the original dust bag, stuffing/packaging insert, and box (if one was provided)

Hardware (zippers, magnetic snaps, chain straps) must be in full working order, undamaged by the customer

For All Items

Items must be returned in their original packaging, packed securely to prevent damage in transit


Items showing signs of use, alteration, odor (perfume, smoke), staining, or damage will not qualify for return or refund

Shipping Costs

Customer-Driven Returns (Size/Change of Mind):
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred when sending the product back to us.


Quality Issues (Defects/Incorrect Item):

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or the wrong item being sent, Avocado will cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Transfer).

Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
