How long does delivery take?
Orders within Karachi typically arrive in 1–2 business days. For other cities across Pakistan, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days via PostEx.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery (COD) is available nationwide. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Bags must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and returned within 5 days of delivery. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or call to start the process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp from PostEx. You can also message us directly with your order number and we'll share the latest status.
What if I'm not available at the time of delivery?
PostEx riders typically attempt delivery a couple of times. If you miss it, you can contact us or PostEx directly to reschedule.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
