Order Processing (Handling Time)
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PKT). Orders placed after this time begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday), covering order verification, packaging, and dispatch from our Karachi facility.
Weekend & Holiday Note: We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Gazetted holidays.

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan via PostEx.
Free Shipping
Available on all orders of PKR 5,000 or above.
Flat Rate Shipping
A charge of PKR 300 applies to orders below PKR 5,000.
Transit Time:
Karachi: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Other cities across Pakistan: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
Karachi: 2–4 business days from the date of order (handling + transit combined).
Other cities: 4–7 business days from the date of order (handling + transit combined).
Payment Methods
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, for all orders within Pakistan
Order Amendments
Changes to your order (article, size, color, or shipping address) must be requested within 24 hours of placement, or before the order is verified by our team, whichever comes first. Amendments requested after this window may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order to avoid delays.
