This policy is provided by Avocado, the legal operating entity of the Avocado brand. We strive to provide a transparent and efficient delivery experience for all our customers in Pakistan.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PKT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
• Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, packaging, and dispatch from our Karachi facility.
• Weekend Note: We do not process or dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Gazetted holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders of PKR 3,000 or above.
• Flat Rate Shipping: A charge of PKR 300 applies to orders below PKR 3,000.
• Transit Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days from the date of order.

3. Payment Methods
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan.

4. Order Amendments
Changes to your order (size, color, or shipping address) must be requested within 24 hours of placement or before the order is verified by our team. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delivery delays.

5. Accuracy of Information
Avocado makes every effort to ensure product descriptions and photographs are accurate. However, slight variances in color or style may occur due to photographic processing and screen displays
