This policy is provided by Avocado, the legal operating entity of the Avocado brand.
Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Gazetted holidays).
- Handling Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order verification, processing, and packaging before your shipment leaves our facility. This time is separate from the transit (delivery) time.
- Dispatch Note: No orders are dispatched over the weekend or on Gazetted holidays.
Delivery Time & Charges
We ship all over Pakistan using reliable courier services.
- Shipping Costs:Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.Orders below PKR 3,000 will incur a flat shipping rate of PKR 300 at checkout.
- Transit Time (Delivery): Deliveries usually take 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Total Delivery Estimate: The total time to receive your order is the Handling Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time (3–7 days).
- Payment Method: We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for now.
Amend Your Orders
Any amendments (article, size, color, shipping address) can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order, or before verification by customer services (whichever comes first). Any amendment to the original order after this timeframe may be subject to additional charges and cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address.

Avocado makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Avocado cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.
